芋頭丸是用上等豬後腿肉加入酥炸的粒粒芋頭而成，芋頭通過油炸散發出一陣陣的芋香，配合後腿肉經過選材、捶打、擠丸、煮製、成型等一系列手工藝製成的。粉粉芋頭加上緊實的肉感，肉質Q脆彈牙，色香味形俱佳，味道非常豐富！芋頭丸用來煮湯、點心、早餐、打邊爐都非常好的配搭。蒸焗烤炸樣樣得！
