海豐小米餃是潮汕最具特色的美食之一， 餃皮由薯粉做成，晶瑩剔透有彈性，肉餡由新鮮豬肉和大地魚乾粉做成，份量大小多以一口為限。優質美味的小米餃一定要皮薄而軟，小米餃是半透明則更佳，肉要爽口彈牙，肉餡內有少量汁液，這樣的小米餃，鮮味濃郁，回味留香，沾上蠔油吃更添鹹鮮，齒頰留香。
